If you already have your template design ready, you can email us a pdf, detailing any specific requirements you may have. Remember, the more information you provide the better. We will look at your design, and provide you with a written quote, usually within 24 hours, and will suggest any optional inclusions you may wish to consider to make your template more user-friendly and time efficient.

If you donít have a design concept, we can have one of our graphic designers develop the look for you at an additional cost.

Things we need to know

  • What version of Office are you using (eg. 2003 or 2007)
  • If there is any particular deadline that needs to be met if you decide to go ahead...
  • We will send you an acceptance form that you will need to sign, agreeing to our payment terms
  • We will send you a specification sheet which will provide you with an outline of what you will need to send us, such as images, colours etc. and what format they should be in
